Day 1: Arrival and Fountain of Youth Swim Our team greets you at Basco Airport and takes you to your accommodation. Around 2:30 pm, we’ll pick you up for a leisurely excursion to Mahatao’s Diura Fishing Village.

Cap the afternoon with a refreshing swim at the famed Fountain of Youth (Rakuh a Idi Spring), a spring-fed pool overlooking rugged coastlines and the Pacific. Enjoy golden-hour views before returning to your hotel. Day 2: North & South Batanes Scenic Tour (9:00–9:30 am start) Set out on a full-day journey through Batan Island’s signature sights. In the north, visit Basco Lighthouse at Naidi Hills, Vayang Rolling Hills, Valugan Boulder Beach, and panoramic view decks. Continue south to Mahatao Church and Blank Book Archive, Tayid Lighthouse, Racuh a Payaman (Marlboro Country), Alapad Rock Formations, and Ivana’s historic stone houses and church. Along the way, learn about Ivatan heritage and enjoy photo stops at windswept ridges and coastal roads. Day 3: Sabtang Island Heritage Tour (5:00–5:30 am transfer) Rise early for the land transfer to Ivana Port and board the first faluwa crossing to Sabtang (sea conditions permitting). Day 1 – Arrival and Free Swimming Upon arrival at the airport, our representative will meet and transfer you to your booked accommodation. At approximately 2:30 PM, we will pick you up from your accommodation for an afternoon visit to Mahatao Diura Fishing Village. You will enjoy free swimming at the Fountain of Youth and have time to explore the scenic coastal surroundings.

The Fountain of Youth in Batanes is a natural rock pool located along the coast of Sabtang Island, near Morong Beach. It is one of the most visited attractions in Batanes because of its clear turquoise water and dramatic rock formations. 🌊 Why It’s Called “Fountain of Youth” Locals and visitors say that swimming in the cool, crystal-clear water makes you feel refreshed and energized—hence the name. While it’s not a real fountain, the natural pool surrounded by smooth volcanic rocks creates a unique and rejuvenating experience.

Our tour starts between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Please be ready at your hotel lobby so we can pick you up on time.

Sta. Rosa Delima Chapel

Located in Barangay Chavatan in Batanes’ Sabtang Island, Santa Rosa De Lima Chapel is known for its cogon-thatched roof. Although this type of roofing used to be common among Ivatan churches, currently, this chapel is the only one with this type of roofing. The woven cogon can withstand the stormy weather that Batanes is known for, but it has to be changed after a couple of decades. The structure took eight years to complete, with construction spanning from 1951 to 1959. Although the chapel is relatively small in size, tourists will be able to spot it easily thanks to its pastel-colored facade.
